Refunds

Order Changes and Cancellation
We give you the right to cancel or make any changes within 24 hours after your purchase (discounted items are not subject to the cancellation option). Beyond this time, order changes or cancellations cannot be made after 24 hours as your order will already be processed and being prepared for shipping.
Damaged/Missing Products
If your order contains damaged or missing items for any reason, we will be happy to provide you with an exchange as soon as possible. Refunds
After receiving your product(s) in accordance with the above-mentioned conditions, we will process your return immediately and inform you at that time. We will only initiate a refund to the payment method you used to make your purchase. Once the credit is processed, the payment will generally appear in your account within 5-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Transport
You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your product. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a return, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you purchased the product with a free shipping promotion, you still have to pay the necessary shipping fees.
